As CEO of Hidayath Group, Imran Hidayath has driven its strategic development into a global leader in stainless steel and allied metals across fifteen countries. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, and Stainless Steel specialization, he has been pivotal in the group's evolution from a trading company in 2001 to an advanced industry leader, following the vision of the founding Chairman.

Rehan Hidayath

COO & Executive Director

Rehan joined Hidayath Group in 2010 with a vision to expand beyond architectural steel into industrial metal fabrication. A Mechanical Engineering and Business Management graduate, his innovative and proactive approach has established Hidayath Heavy Industry as a leading industrial metal fabricator in the Middle East, delivering complex projects across various sectors.

Farhan Hidayath

Board Member

Brings a strong foundation in engineering and business to the Board, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Toledo, USA, and an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. He is also certified in Stainless Steel through the International Stainless-Steel Forum. A meticulous and committed Board Member, he strengthens governance through integrity, strategic oversight, and impartial judgment in the company’s best interest.
